Following the breakup of The Tearjerkers, Anny put together a new band, Annyland, which featured former Tearjerkers Bruce Kaplan on lead guitar and Cyndi Jones on backing vocals.  Drummer Tim Lindholm and bassist Steve Janowski provided the groove.  The band rocked the L.A. area for several years, releasing the CD "She Walks In," which achieved radio rotation on over 200 college/alternative stations, and the video for the single of the same name. The band showcased at SxSW, NxNW and the LMNOP Festival in New Orleans, as well as performing at clubs throughout the country.  Bruce is now handling lead guitar, mandolin and vocal chores as a duo with his wife, Claudia Russell.  Steve performs with the band "Absolutely Free" in Los Angeles, and Cyndi is regularly gigging with her own jazz/blues group throughout Southern California.
